How long will my project take?
Timing depends on the scope, selections, material availability, permits and inspections. We’ll outline the schedule before construction and keep you updated as work progresses.
Who handles permits?
We coordinate the permits required for the agreed scope of work and work with your local building department.
Can you help me choose materials?
Yes. We’ll help you compare cabinetry, countertops, flooring, decking and other finishes with your style, budget and maintenance preferences in mind.
How do payments work?
Your contract outlines the deposit, progress payments and final payment, tied to your project’s milestones, so you know what to expect.
During & After the Project
What if I want to make a change?
We’ll review it with you before proceeding. A written change order explains the updated scope, cost and any effect on the schedule.
What if an unexpected issue comes up?
We’ll explain what we found, discuss the options and review any changes to the scope, cost or schedule with you before moving forward.
How do you handle cleanup?
We manage debris and clean up the work area as work progresses. At completion, we’ll walk through the finished space with you and review any remaining details.
What warranty information will I receive?
We’ll review the workmanship and manufacturer warranties that apply to your project. Your contract and closeout materials provide the specific details.
